Our easy-to-use punchout catalog keeps customers connected with their local servicing store(s), directing users to locally-stocked product options for the fastest possible service, including same-day service for locally stocked items.
eCommerce team members have cross-departmental interaction with our various sales teams, including National Accounts, Government, Industry Specialists, branch personnel, District Managers and Regional Vice Presidents to identify eCommerce sales growth and training opportunities, as well as IT and Marketing teams to gain the resources needed for integration projects.
eCommerce Sales Specialists develop and execute a sales plan for EDI integrations and Fastenal.com within the region and are responsible for driving productivity and sales growth for the branches/onsites through the efficiencies realized by customers. They develop field and customer trainings around integrations and Fastenal.com in order to implement best practices within process and workflow.
eCommerce Business and Project Analysts provide ongoing optimization by identifying efficiencies, monitoring accounts receivables, conducting business reviews with internal stakeholders, and setting project meeting expectations while ensuring timelines and goals remain on track.
