Included in Fastenal’s original business plan was the innovative concept of dispensing nuts and bolts via custom vending machines. Today, through our Industrial vending program, FAST Solutions, our regional Solutions Sales personnel are the experts in helping thousands of our customers reduce consumption and operate more efficiently, dispensing industrial product unique to the customer’s business needs. Our Technical Support facility, based out of West Chester, OH, provides technical implementation and ongoing support for our client base using FAST Solutions.
