Full-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Working as Full-Time IT Development Operations - Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, alerting, and logging aggregation for the enterprise environment.

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Installing, configuring, and maintaining enterprise monitoring software
o Installing and configuring of agent software for reporting status
o Configuring of alerting system PagerDuty
o Working with System Administration and Development teams to identify notifiable events
o Establishing alert thresholds for various identified systems

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess or are working towards a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Ability to pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

o Prior experience configuring application monitoring tools (AppDynamics)
o Previous experience with monitoring tools (LogicMonitor, Solarwinds, Nagios, Uptime, etc.)
o Prior experience with database monitoring tools (OEM)
o Previous scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, Perl, etc.).
